We currently estimate delivery to US customers at approximately 5–8 business days, subject to product availability, order processing, carrier performance, customs procedures, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Large or heavy products, including certain ovens, grills, BBQs, and kitchen appliances, may require specialized or freight delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring that the delivery location is suitable for the purchased product.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective, please contact us promptly at management@unguardable.de .

For shipping damage, we may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage to assist with our investigation and any applicable carrier claim.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, eligible US customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Certain products may be excluded from return eligibility, including products that have been used, installed, modified, damaged, or customized, subject to applicable law and the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

Products involving gas, electricity, ventilation, heat, or other potentially hazardous systems should be installed and serviced by appropriately qualified professionals where required or recommended.

Customers should verify that the product is compatible with the intended installation environment, including applicable electrical, gas, ventilation, structural, and local requirements.

Unguardable is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, neglect, or operation contrary to the applicable product instructions, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Warranty

Products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty or an Unguardable warranty, depending on the individual product.

Any applicable warranty terms will be provided with the product or on the applicable product page.

Warranty rights are separate from any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its content, including text, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, designs, and software, are owned by or licensed to Unguardable.
